We are currently hiring experienced Mixers and Production Line Workers to support operations at a busy tortilla manufacturing facility in Huntington Park, CA. These positions are part of a fast-paced production environment focused on quality, efficiency, and consistency.
Mixer Responsibilities:
Mixers are responsible for preparing dough according to production specifications. This includes accurately measuring and mixing flour and other ingredients, operating mixing equipment, and ensuring proper consistency and quality of the product. Candidates must have prior experience mixing flour and working in a food production or industrial setting.
Production Line Responsibilities:
Production line workers will assist with operating machinery, monitoring tortillas through various stages of production, packaging finished products, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Team members are expected to follow all safety and food handling guidelines while meeting daily production goals.
Candidates should be comfortable standing for long periods, working in a warm environment, and performing repetitive tasks. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team setting.
