– Pack products accurately and efficiently according to facility standards
– Palletize finished goods and ensure loads are stable and properly organized
– Apply labels to products and packaging with attention to detail and accuracy
– Weigh items and verify measurements to meet quality control requirements
– Sweep and assist with general cleaning duties prior to the end of each shift to maintain a safe and orderly workspace

– Must be bilingual in English and Spanish — strong communication in both languages is required for this role
– Must be able to successfully pass E-Verify employment eligibility verification
– Prior warehouse, production, or general labor experience is preferred but not required
– Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
– Must be punctual, reliable, and able to follow both written and verbal instructions
